Israel Ytuarte Rodriguez v. the State of Texas

April 12, 2013

ISRAEL YTUARTE RODRIGUEZ, APPELLANT
v.
THE STATE OF TEXAS, APPELLEE

From the 175th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2006CR2310 Honorable Mary D. Roman, Judge Presiding

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice

ORDER

The State's brief was due March 11, 2013; however, the court granted an extension of time until April 10, 2013 to file the brief. On April 2, 2013, the State filed with the court a copy of a letter to the court reporter, Linda Hernandez, requesting she prepare a supplemental record containing the records of hearings held April 13, 2012 and May 3, 2012. On April 10, the State filed a motion for an additional thirty day extension of time to file its brief, citing the outstanding record in support of the motion. The court reporter filed the supplemental record on April 12.

We grant the State's motion for extension of time and order the State's brief due May 10, 2013. No further extensions will be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 12th day of April, 2013.
