Appellant Roger L. Lott's brief was originally due October 18, 2013; however, we granted Lott two extensions of time. On November 15, 2013, we ordered Lott's brief due December 17, 2013, and advised him that no further extensions of time would be granted absent a showing of extraordinary circumstances.
