Aberegg v. Ceschan

Court of Appeals of Texas, Fifth District, Dallas

January 30, 2014

RUSSELL D. ABEREGG, Appellant

MONICA CESCHAN, Appellee

On Appeal from the 330th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. DF-12-00023

We denied appellant's request for an extension of time to file a brief by order dated August 14, 2013.
